30 min, live, virtual class. This class is for everyone, no experience needed. Slow flow class to get you up and moving into the day. Many options given, and will include, Yoga asana (yoga poses), breathing (pranayama), relaxation/meditation (savasana). If you can't make it live, go to the on-demand and practice at a time that is convenient for you. This class is included in the membership.
